Exclamation '96 Ranger just developed a short

Just the other day, well, night, I noticed the lights in my dashboard were out, as were all of the lights for the environmental controls. I checked the fuse for this (F7) but it wasn't blown, however, I did discover that F3 (15A) was blown. I replaced it and the IP lights came back on, but now the fuse burns out after I turn on the headlights!

Seems like I have a short somewhere. Any ideas?

Also, if anybody has it, I'd like to see a wiring diagram, including one for the main headlight switch (i.e. a pinout diagram), which I've managed to remove.

And before you ask, No, I didn't recently install or do anything to the truck.

Thanks in advance,

JG

P.S. I have a 3.0L V6 w/ manual transmission. No add-ons that I'm aware of other than a 3rd party anti-theft system. (It was already installed when I bought the truck 4 years ago. I don't know anything about it other than it says "Pro Lock" or something like that.)
