Default fried...HELP PLZ

whats up everyone
i have a big issue
i have a 95 ranger, 4 cylinder
my father accidentally hooked the battery backwards
realized it and flipped the battery in its proper position
anyway it worked that day but then the next morning it would not start
so far alternator is good
coil packs are good
fusible link is ok

i realized im not getting any spark at all
so either its the camshaft positioning sensor fried
or the dam ecu is done

where is the camshaft positioning sensor located exactly

any other ideas

please help
its gettn too cold for my bike lol

shoot I haven't been taught about this yet, but hook up a computer to it, it should give you a fault code which can be deciphered and tells you what went wrong. But thats all I know.
