Whiper problem
Today I went to use my wipers on my 1988 Ranger. 2.9L 5 speed manual trans. They only work on high, The intermittent wiper part wont work and when i shut them off they wont return to the bottom of the windshield.. Im stumped and cant think of what it could be. Please help.

could be a couple of things...either the switch or the motor
