My truck is a 2010 XLT with a factory anti theft . I had an AudioVox Pursuit Model # PRO-9776N installed after market by the dealer . I also have a Guidepoint GPS system installed as well . It has a ton of features but I only use the alarm and remote start . I guess I can roll the windows up and down as well as other features too but I never used any of that .

I'm an installer. I have a Compustar 6200 remote starter with factory alarm option turned on! Any questions, let me know! For a bypass, I used a BladeTB. Needs two programmed keys to work (NOT CLONED). idatalink makes the best stuff for bypasses and convenience. www.idatalink.com

I have a very old Bulldog in mine. There is a little box under the dash with a programmed valid PATS key in it. The key shaft is ground off so it is useless as a key. When it needs to remote start, that key's transponder signal is sent to the cylinder via a wire loop.

You should go with the avistart 3300 + alarm. its what i have. <3 i love it. I highly recommend it. I can throw an empty gadorade bottle in the back of my truck and my alarm goes off. (lots of sticky fingers around where i live) but yeah, if you want reliable security, and reliable starting. Go with Avistart.

Enjoy.
