If you've replaced the bulb, then obviously there is a wiring problem on the parking light side. Trace it all back until you find something not connected or a fuse blown. Check your owners manual for the fuse. Also, the parking light circuit is what turns on the dash lights so if you're having a problem with those too, it is probably the fuse.
