Angry A/C mystery

I cant find the issue and neither can the ford dealership. At 65 my a/c shuts off. The guy at the ford dealership told me to get to 25 put it in 5th and floor it. a/c also stops blowing but not out of the floor or defrost vents.Possible vacuum issue? We are all completely stumped.

The ford dealer is stumped? Find a new dealer. You have a vacuum leak. The HVAC is not shutting off. It's just diverting to the defrost only setting. The damper that controls the vents is vacuum operated with a spring that defaults to defrost only with no vacuum. Manifold vacuum is lowest at higher RPM. If you have a leak, that will result in vacuum being reduced to the point of the damper returning to defrost only.
