Question What is this???

Okay so i know its for daytime running lights but only because of the module says so. The truck came with this already attached to it. Idk what the previous owner was trying to do, can u tell me what its hooked up to and if he hooked it up right? i dont have any daytime running lights attached to my truck. The ground wire isnt shown in the pictures but it goes off to a little switch, you can view that from my other post . This is all under the dash near the pedals. The photos are in order from the module down the line to the connections.

The last picture the wires are connected to yellow. grey and yellow. red and black

my guess would be someone added DRL to the truck.
if this is the case and its been done right, your headlights should be at half voltage with the truck running.

turn on the truck, then flip on the "Litte switch" you mentioned. Do the headlights come on at half power now?
