Several theads for solutions to both problems can be found by searching this site and others. Likely causes:

Fan speed: faulty blower resistor
Temperature: broken blend door

The time it took you to type that post was longer than it would have taken you to search and gotten about 50 results.

But anyway, get a blow motor resistor pack and wiring pigtail from a junk yard. Pull out your old one and cut back the wires if the plug is rotted out too. Put the new one in and you'll be done.

For the blend door, that appears to be it. But since you haven't done any troubleshooting, you have no idea whether it is the door itself of the actuator. Take out the glove box to reach the actuator. Put your hand on it and change the temp. See if you feel it moving. If its moving, then the door is broke. If its not moving, then its probably a bad actuator, which is much easier to replace.
