95 fuse block problem
hello, i have a 95 2wd with the 3.0 and have a fuse block question, where is the ground for it? here is why the gas doesn't work unless i tap on the fuse black and also the the wipers do the same thing. is there a common ground for the block it is tight and all the fuses are good. Thanks for any help

Maybe the gas doesn't work cause the fuel pump fuse/relay?
Ground should be somewhere by the block itself
|
