Odometer Continues to add mileage even when the vehicle is at a stop

Hello

I have a 2003 Ford Ranger Extra Cab XLT 4.0L 2WD automatic. When I am driving the vehicle and come to a stop, ex:traffic light, the odometer continues to add miles. Sitting in the truck in my driveway with the engine running, trans in park, the odometer continues to add miles miles. I found that the NHTSA has a TSB on this issue, # 612833. Ford also has a TSB on this concern, # 8045 and # 13819. I have swapped the instrument cluster with another Ranger and it does the same thing. So it is not the cluster. With the TSBs I am sure someone has encounter this issue before. What was the cause and how did you correct it?

its an active recall on ur truck.. have ford do the work...
