Blower fan has one speed
I only have high speed on the blower fan. The other three do nothing. Is there a relay that controls these separately?

There IS a thread on this if you do a search,
But mine turned out to be the resistor Pack ,located on passenger firewall It cost me. $15 for part.easy to replace ,and my blower now Has all speeds!

^^ That's it. It is the black box next to the blower motor with 4 wires going into it and connecting to the blower.

You might consider going to a junk yard and picking up a used Pig-tail wire harness while u are at it,just in Case
