Exclamation Need help wiring LED tails

Hey guys. I just got done tinting my LED tail lights and for some reason I had the wires named and what not so I know which wire goes where but some how, the wires got mixed up and now I don't know which wire goes where. So if anyone knows how to wire up LED tails, I would appreciate the help. The tails have a black wire, and solid green wire and a green wire with a white stripe. The stock wires are black, brown/gray and a color wire (one is orange with green stripe the other is green with orange stripe). So again, any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Most likely....
LED Black to truck black
LED Green to truck brown/grey
LED Stripe to truck striped

Edit, fixed typo in truck colors

The stock wires are

Black=ground
Brown/Gray=running light
Color=blinker/brake

I got all the wires connected correctly and also the tailgate bar but the fuse is still popping. I checked to make sure no wires are touching any metal. Then I unhooked the negative post off the battery, put the fuse in, place post back on and POP! Could my viper alarm be the problem? When the fuse is not in and I want to unlock or lock the truck, the lights will go on (tails, heads and cluster)???? So I don't know whats up but this is really getting on my nerves

Which one are you pointing to? It looks like you're pointing to the empty slot under that 7.5 amp fuse? That doesn't make any sense. It's number 17 and that is the light plug and OBD2 port fuse.

Yeah that's what I'm pointing at. I'm looking at the online manual that Clinton provides on here and it says it's supposed to have a 20A fuse and that it says for the description Cigar lighter, Data Link Connector

Right. That doesn't make any sense. What else have you spliced into the light plug?

The only thing that I had to splice into the tails is my LED tailgate bar which is a running light wire and ground and also the back up wire to it that is wired to the back up bulb. I had to hard wire that because my hitch harness is not working right. And the LED tails are also hard wired because the plug that came on it didn't fit the stock harness plug.

The lighter plug. What do you have spliced into that. The lighter plug / DLC circuit has no connection to the lighting. So you must have something spliced into it that interfacing with the lights. Alarm?

The lighter plug I have my interior underglow wired into that and that is wired onto a switch so I can turn it on and off when needed. My 12 volt plug I have my actual underglow spliced into that but is not wired to a switch so when I turn my parking lights on, I turn my underglow on using the control box given and it will turn on. I don't think there's no wires touching anything but maybe too much amp/voltage running through those wires??

Ok. Well you aren't blowing your lighting fuses. You're the DLC / Lighter fuse so the problem is probably nothing to do with your LED's. I'd open up the dash and disconnect your underglow first and see what happens.

Does this fuse blow even without the parking lights on? Or does it blow when you turn the lights on?

Well I just recently wired the underglow (without a inline fuse) and it has been working well but I'm going to unhook it and wire it up somewhere else with a inline fuse (which is supposed to have one). The fuse can't even go into the slot without it blowing. As soon as it touches the metal slot, it starts to pop at me. So I'm going to un-wire the underglow an see what happens.
