Default Lights switch

Do you guys think that I could use the old high/low beam switch thats on the floor of older vehicles to use as an on/off switch for my hella 500s?

Yes but it would be easier to just run the switch they give you. And less of a headache.

Just go to autozone or where ever u want and get a cheap little switch don't try to get to fancy. Nice quality switches like to blow relays so keep it simple

if a quality switch blows relays out, you have a bigger problem than that.

Yea it was a brand new like $25 switch but the switch went bad after I first used my light then I put a cheaper switch in and I haven't had a problem since. I went threw all the wiring and the swit h was the only thing that I could think of and I was right
