Default horn/clockspring relationship

does the horn go throught the clockspring on a 97 ranger anyone know,no horn but checked the fuses.

yes, the horn, cruise, and airbag all go through the clock spring. i would unbolt the horn from the body, clean all the mounting areas with a wire wheel, then bolt it together. the ground is through the mounting bolts.

used a jumper,the horn itself is functional.the wire bundle in the wheel going to the cruise all snapped when the bag deployed . dont use them so i shitcanned them. got a code 33 wondering if thats the cause of that and gotta be the horn problem have good continuity on the clockspring checked that out.going to get a new wheel with the paddles for the cruise and stuff this morning on my way home from work.thanx for your replies.last one with the rcm location was dead on would still be looking for it.
