As long as you have GOOD connections (one BIG gold connector with 8 little plugs on it is a great idea for what it sounds like your doing) you should be ok with LED's . LED's don't draw much current at all.

I run an Absorbed Glass Mat (950CCA) battery and a 200Amp alternator in my Jeep to power a 10,000Lb winch, 1000watt system, 4 6" Lights, 1600 Watt power inverter (have run my 110V wire feed welder off of it!).

I paid like $190 for the battery, and $300 for the alternator from Mean Green

The battery is only for when the engine is not running. You're alternator needs to be sized to carry the load of the truck's normal systems and you accessories. If you don't run your "system" with the truck off, then you don't even need a different battery. You should be buying an alternator long before you buy a fancy battery. Unless you plan to use the system with the engine off, in which case you need both.

Just LED's add virtually nothing to the electrical load so those won't be a problem.
