shocking..

Just started this week. My truck would always shock my girlfriend. I noticed she always exited before I did. And today I stopped at home for a minute to grab something. I turned off the truck put the four ways on and came back to it dead. I pop started it drove to class. And now its dead again and I keep getting shocked. Its really starting to piss me off and making it very tempted to junk it. Any ideas on this? I was thinking a bad ground but idk where to start
