Default cb radio power hook-up.

so i was installing my new radio earlier and currently have it set up to my battery and it turns on and off like its supposed to. my question is, is there a way to connect the radio to the truck so it only turns on when the truck is on and turns of on its own when the truck is off? i just dont want to have to worry about not turning it off and and draining my battery. i was reading stuff about connecting it to a fuse box in the accessories input but i have idea what that means specifically or where to connect it.

Wire it into the ignition wire up by your ignition.

I'm really tired and it's super late after a long day. I will come back on here tomorrow and explain more in depth

Yeah If you could that would be great. I was reading that its good to get as "clean" of a connection with the battery as possible to minimize static and interference.
