Default Hyper LEDs

ok so I went out and bought some hyper LEDs from canadian tire just to light up my interior. It says that they plug into any 12v source in the vehicle but where would I plug these into? I want to put some behind my hvac and maybe some in the air vents not too sure.

here is a pic of what they look like

Tie them all into a single 5 amp inline fuse. Then tie that into:

- Parking light wire behind the switch if you only want them on when the lights are on.
- Accessory power behind the stereo if you want them on whenever the truck is running.

ok so I can wrap all of the LED's up together and put them in this inline amp fuse..?\:

If that is correct. I then connect the inline fuse to the parking light wire? sorry for being an idiot but where is the parking light wire? I want these LEDs behind the hvac if possible.

thanks

You can buy inline fuse holders at any autoparts store, walmart, etc. No need to waste money buying that online.

The wire behind the headlight switch that gets power when you turn the parking lights on.

There aren't tons, only a few. And I believe it is usually the brown one. But since you haven't said what year/make/model vehicle you have and have no signature with that information, your guess is as good as mine.

Positive wires to the fuse and to the brown wire. If the black wire is ground, yes. Otherwise any ground will do.

ok so positive wires to the fuse holder then to the brown wire and then ground the wires. sounds pretty simple. I'll post any other questions and tell you how it goes tomorrow.

thanks for your help!!

You should be using crimp connectors (butt connectors), not wrap-n-tape. For the parking light wire connection, you can get those little quick-tap things with the blade to tape into parking light wire without cutting it. Or you can cut it and crimp it all together with butt connectors.

And yes, ground the other two LED wires.
