Gauge Cluster Swap PROBLEM
I just swapped my '99 Ford Ranger 3.0 2WD gauge cluster for a '98 Explorer. All Gauges are working except for speedometer. It's not a blown fuse, already checked the wipers and they are fine since they are on the same. Is is a bad gauge or am I missing something I need to do in order to get the speedometer to work?

I had a similar problem and found a link to where they expalined there was an actual bad solder point on the board. I resoldered the point and it worked. Easy fix. Just needed to see the pictures on the web.
