Default Cigarette Lighter

My cigarette lighter stopped working. I took the thing apart and everything and all the wires looked good and connected. Which fuse is it? And what else could be the problem?

Could be the lighter it's self.
The owners manual should show the fuse location.

well, it wouldn't be hard to pop the fuse panel and check for the blown fuse. Also check the fuse box under the hood. I know for a fact that the lower ciggerete lighter, is mini fuse 2 in the fuse box under the hood. It is a 30A mini fuse. When I replaced it, it also fixed my check engine light .

My lighter flys out when I use it... instead of popping it pops out of the hole and usually lands around my feet...

anyway... $10 says you have a blown fuse...

blown fuse, i know this because it happened to mine twice, if you push the cig lighter in too long (mine stopped catching so i had to keep it pressed in) the fuse will blow
