Default Heater control problems...

Hey guys.. i have a question that im hoping someone can answer for me... My heater controls just recently starting having some issues. I cant adjust the temperature at all. Its either hot or hot.. LOL.. im not sure what is causing this. Im hoping its something simple but it needs to be fixed. Any insight into this would help tremendously.

does your AC still work?

if so, I think it might be a blend door problem

The thing about that blend door is that i can remove it... its bolted in and its in such a tight place that i cant get a wrench or a socket onto the back bolt to remove it.. i know it says its on clamp posts but i promise you mine is bolted in for some stupid reason...
