Default Sticky Gauges?

I was wondering what would cause gauges on an instrument cluster on a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0 Extended Cab. So far my voltage gauge sticks in the upper left corner, I replaced the battery since it was old when i bought the truck. And my speedometer wiggles back and forth when im driving in a parking lot, also when i go above 65mph it jumps all the way to 85 and back to 65. Does anyone know what I would have to replace to fix theese problems?

maybe the gauge, you should be able to replace just that section of the cluster?

Yeah thats true, is was wondering if there is any speedometers that will fit in the stock speedometer cluster of a 1994 Ford Ranger? It'd be cool looking to see triple digit numbers in a ranger.
