Default '99 power issue

hello all.
1st post.

Here my situation:
Every time I try to turn it over it acts like it shorts out, but then after i let it sit for a bit, all the electrical is there, but then it does the same thing when I try to start it again.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Its probablt either a bad connection at the battery or the battery cable.
