Cool where to find computer part number for my make/model

good day to all fellow Ranger aficionados!!

i have a simple question.
im looking for someplace where I can find the official parts number of the OEM COMPUTER for my truck. I purchased it used and teh computer failed after a few years. When we pulled it out, it had the typical junkyard yellow grease pencil markings on it that clearly say "Ford Windstar Van"

As a result, i dont have the correct part number adn Im trying to buy the correct computer off of EBAY. If anybody can either give me the correct number or suggest someplace on the web to look for it I will be MUCH obliged!!

Its a 93 ranger, 6 cyl 4 liter, 4x4, MT, extended cab, AC.
Im pretty sure its an f47f computer but what I dont know are the last three letters/digits..which im told are also important.

Thanx for any help. Would prefer an email to: chirojoseph@yahoo.com instead of a PM here...but either way the info woudul be much appreciated!

here it is

Elec Cont Unit (ECU), 6-245 (4.0L), 4x4, MT, ID F37F-UC

f47f corresponds to a 4L 4x2, the one above is 4x4, 4L, Manual Transmission
the website i got it off is car-parts.com

Default This may be a dumb answer

The identification number should be on a sticker located on the recieving harness of the computer. I believe only the bottom line is relevant in identifying the computer, (something that either starts or ends with four digits i.e. something something-ff4v). Now the sticker is pretty hearty but there is a possibility that it may have come off. If there is no sticker call the parts department at a Ford dealership. If the dude is a pud and won't look up the number for you, call one in Tennessee, you're bound to get a hold of somebody cool sooner or later.
