Hello from a newbie with solenoid wiring problems

Hello All,This is Rob from kalamazoo.Im gonna buy a 91 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0 if I can figure out what someone did to the starter and solenoid wiring.I looked all over the net and cant find a decent diagram.Any ideas or threads to check.Appreciate the help and will look forward to the input.
