Default A/C Problem.

Not a huge issue with the a/c, but whenever I accelerate the A/C either cuts out or changes vents to the defroster. They go back to normal after i reach a steady speed, but gets annoying on hot days. Tried looking at everything: Newly charged with freon and a new vacuum line.

You have a vacuum loss to the A/C controls. Check the vacuum reservoir for cracks and the vac lines from the engine to the reservoir and from the reservoir to the A/C box. Make sure that the vac lines are not leaking under the dash
