The SJB has 2 plug-in relays neither that operate the horn. My horn blows the 15A fuse for dome light and cruise. If I touch the horn pad quickly, I can hear a relay clicking on the passenger side near the SJB. Is the relay hidden somewhere? I'm sure there's a short on the load side of teh relay, but I can't find the relay to chase down the wiring. Chilton and Hayes are worthless for this wiring. Any help?

Only other relays are under the hood in the dist box.

In spite of the lack of information, I did find more relays, 5 to be exact. Hidden inside the back of the SJB. All PCB mount. .No manuals address these or the fact that the SJB is so complex. This might be some info to stick for a while. I now need a schematic for the SJB, if theres one available. I can only imagine what a new SJB would cost. Just to get the horn to work. Let me know if anyone can bring this further.

My 04 did something similar when I first got it. Showed up to work and the horn went wild. I had to pop the hood and unplug the it. The relay shorted and fused closed. It is one of the relays in the kick panel on the passenger side, but I can't tell you exactly which one yet. (dealer warranty at the time) When I get to that stage of the tear down though I will pull to the side for you if you want it.
