oh lol a place sells them in the town near me like 30 bucks for a set some price as reg bulbs

Ok upon further investigation, it appears that my bulb is stuck in bright mode on one side, and the other is working fine. It remained the same even after I swapped them. Any ideas?

Yup. They are Ztec HID's. They are the High/Low 6000k kit. So far I've washed my motor down good and gotten them wet. Went mudding, and they've held up great. Now it just appears that one of my head lights its stuck on bright... I thought it was the other way around that it wasn't going to the bright part, but it is actually just stuck and the other side is working correctly. They've got the two amp pack things, and then they've got the little relay fuse, plus an additional small fuse that goes from my battery to the relay.

Check all fuses and make sure they are not blown. Next check all wires and make sure there is no cut or anything in em. Then you would want to try and switch the plugs around on the ballast as in reverse the polarity. If nothing still, then it must be the bulb acting up. Sounds like the bulb is going to blow out so it stays on one beam. Try changing the ballast. Try the ballast on the other side with the defected bulb or the defective bulb on the other ballast and let me know if anything changed or if it stay the same.

Stayed the same. Its bright as can be don't flicker at all that I can tell. No cuts or fuses blown. There is only one visible fuse and its good... The relay works great. The other bulb is working fine on the side the bad bulb was on. It does exactly what its suppose to. Like I said it don't appears to be as if the brightness of the bulb is different from the other side looking on at them, but I cannot tell rather one side is stuck on bright or what. It looks like it is just one beam of light though... I know that both work. When I flash my brights with the lights off they both come on as well... however with the head lights on and my brights on only one side changes. Even if I flash them...

Yeah, my suggestion really if I was in your situation right now, by another HID kit and relieve the headache your about to get if you keep it up with that kit lol. But if money is tight right now for you, call up the company who sold them to you and figure out a way to return them and what not. Good luck.
