Ztec is got to have the worst warranty process ever. Send 20 bucks + a warranty card + my bad bulb. Its going to cost me shipping & handling for the bad bulb, then its going to cost me an additional 20 bucks to get them to send it back. On top of that I'll be without a bulb in my head light for however long it takes to get there, and them send it back.

Thats not the point though man. I shouldn't have to buy squat. I shouldn't have to pay for the replacement of the bulb. It clearly is still under warranty. Its 55 bucks for 6000k's from them new. I am spending probably 35 bucks for one. I am going to be paying probably 10-15 s&h + on top of that 20 dollar money order for the warranty process and them to ship it back. That sounds like I am basically buying one bulb... Its suppose to be a replacement and free... I can see paying to ship it back to them but a 20 dollar freaking money order for a warranty process? This company has some good HID lights but this seems like a rip off.

Makes me think having extra set of bulbs would be good idea just in case i ever bust one or have an issue. No headlight = ticket.
Guess you could throw an old bulb in but....

I do the same, I have extra HID bulbs and and extra set of ballast and some after market Xenon lights that are HID look a like. My parents has them in there headlights and with HID fogs; you can't even tell there Halogen lol.

nope they melted the wire harness for them lol than blew but i know exactly where to get them and had the same bulbs in my fog lights when i still had them on my ranger
