Don't forget I have to do twice as much as most of you because I have 2 trucks. I also will be doing the same things for my car (has stock projectors though).
The thing that I would want if I was an FRF or RF member were the actual patterns that I'm using. I will definitely be providing those for people printed onto the correct paper and ready to etch. This way you don't need to do any design work. Simply etch the board with some acid (its fairly easy) and solder your LEDs on.

hmm sweet!! i like the idea of putting the leds in my corners and doing the projectors in my heads..ive used a dremel quite a bit so i think id be able to cut it nicely. so back to the projectors do you just cut the hole make sure they fit then screw them in and add the reflector over it all then mount put em in your truck then aim your headlights?

I'll document and add photos once it's done - stay tuned.

More updates:
These are the fusion projectors that I intend to retrofit into my fogs on the 04', and add as stand alone fogs to the 03'.
Nice comparison of how they will fit into the stock 04' fog lights - also a comparison on size vs size of the morimoto mini h1's.
Here are the PCBs for the corners, etched and cut with my new bench mount band-saw.
Another problem I ran into, something that I should have figured but still surprised me.
The chrome coating on the inside of all my lights (I checked) actually conducts electricity. It gives me about 1 ohm per half inch of distance. Therefore I had to sand it down on the inside of the corners because the surface of the PCB will be very close to this.

That's pretty wild. Will you be painting the corners and the headlights the color of the truck?
