Apparently not and it sounds like no one outside the factory actually knows how many and what options are available AND making harnesses for all possibilities isn't a cost burden.
Then again, perhaps they allow for changes from the time the car starts assembly until it leaves the factory. This way if they are out of something then can omit it and if they have extra somethings (like superchargers) they can easily add them. Wonder if BMW has harnesses for every possible option in base models.

But yeah if we have extra superchargers laying around then we'll just slap em on. Why just last week I was sweepin' up under some stock racks, ya know, just tidying up the place in between repairs, when what do you know I find a whole crate of superchargers that we totally forgot we had. So willy nilly we just put them on the limited edition cars that didn't get the nav units that they were supposed to because we were out of 'em. To kinda balance things out.
