Lightbulb CB radio install to fuse panel: grounding question

I'm going to wire my CB radio to my fuse panel by using an Add-a-Circuit that I bought at a hardware store. I just can't figure out where to ground the black wire. Is there a grounding point/screw inside the fuse box that I'm just not seeing?

Added two pics -- there is a bolt outside the fuse box under the dash with a 1" washer. Is that a good place for the ground? I'm thinking no because the nut/washer isn't flush with the body of the truck because of that bit of black plastic.

The other pic is the fuse box itself -- is it possible to ground to something inside it?

Thx for the help!

If you can find a nut with the same threads as that long bolt you could simply pinch your ground terminal between the two nuts.

As long as the bolt is making contact with metal that plastic shouldn't bother it. You could always put it there and see if you get a good ground. If not, just keep hunting a spot. The easiest thing is like ol boy said, get another nut and squeeze the ground wire between them.
