Any guesses as to why both these lights are on?

Stupid question, did you check the oil? Since the other light isnt complete, could be just light bleeding over. Hate to state the obvious but, we all get a blonde moment here & there.

Yeah, check oil. With that lit, verify oil level before doing anything, including driving. Does it run weird? CEL on? Scan for codes?

you would see a battery shaped icon if it was a charging issue i’d guess
