Newbie question and I think the answer is no..... but here goes
First, is the above mentioned model pre-wired for factory fog Lights?
I looked and thought I found what I was looking for but wanted to throw this to the group.
I really want to keep this as stock as possible and didn’t know if the option to just change switch in cab to one with fog light option and possibly at fuses in box.
Any help would be much appreciated

Wiring probably isn’t there, might be easier to get a basic off road light harness with relay and wire it into the parking lights. switch out the radio bezel with one with a OE fog switch and wire it to that

As e.fisher26 has suggested is probably the easiest way to do the wiring for Fog Lights, OEM or Aftermarket.

If you get a Radio Bezel with a Fog Light Switch in it... it will not work without the OEM Harness and Fog Lights.

If you have the OEM Fog Lights Switch, The Biggman has an adapter harness that will with the Ford Fog Light Switch to work as a standard aftermarket Switching system.

If you don't have the Switch/Bezel for the Fog Light, then a well placed and chosen switch will fit the interior of your truck.

I had a 2001 explorer that switched out the bezel for one with fog and I wired it to a harness with no issue, did they change the switch in later models?

I speak of the fog switch in the radio bezel on earlier models . This will not work if the fog is in the multi switch on the column. Just use a aftermarket toggle

Same here, when the father bought his 2010 he bought the fog lights, pigtails and the switch. No wiring under the hood for the lights, we ended up wiring to a toggle switch mounted under the dash and wired the lights in manually.
