So I went to connect some aftermarket fog lights to my stock wiring, but when I checked the connecters With a multimeter It wasnt showing any current going through on red or black. So I went into the truck, took the radio cover off and checked the switch, there is no green light but when I checked the gray connector it was connected to, i was getting .008-010 on 2/4 wires that were connected to it. Would that still possibly be a relay? The fact that I’m getting something from the grey connecter means it’s the switch isnt it??

Did you splice the wires? If so, go back and recheck the wiring

Well I spliced the wires after cutting the stock connection end on the outside of the vehicle to test out my fog lights by just temporarily wrapping the spliced wires together and going into the truck to press the button to make sure it was gonna work but they didnt turn on. Neither did the button turn green inside
