Default Re: electric help

Ground wires are more prone to failure than positive cables in my experience. But you also need to check the starter fuse and relay. Just because the relay clicks doesn't mean its working. Also very common to get faulty elelectonis components from auto parts stores because they are generally remanafactured junk. This is why its never a good idea to just throw a bunch of parts at it before diagnosing the exact point of failure.

I would start by testing the fuse and relay, then check the ground and positive cable and then start looking over the new parts mostly the starter and selenoid. Ive had times where I went through several "new" starters from parts stores before one worked. NEVER assume a new part is good.

Check the battery voltage too, sometimes they simply are not charged fully from sitting around a dusty parts warehouse.

Thank you for your service
