Default DRL's

I have a 2007 ranger with DRL. When I turn key off DRL's will flicker or remain on. I know they are integrated into SJB so I replaced it. Did not solve problem. I really need help. Can I replace SJB with one that does not support DRL and it will work?

It should be pretty easy. Just start at the light and work your way back

I would imagine there is a relay under the hood too.
