Hello everyone, When I first got my truck (01, 3.0, 2wd, auto) the drives door chimm would alert me to my headlights being left on, keys left in the ingition, and my dome light worked (among other things). Is my door chimm switch broke? How hard is it to remove and replace? do I need to do both doors even though passenger door works fine?

The chime works off other circuits. Have you checked your Dome light fuse by chance yet?

Does the Cig lighter or 12v power points work still?

the dome light works from the passenger door, all power outlets work, the light where you turn the passenger air bag om and off is burned out and I get a code 27 I believe. But everything else works like its suppose to.

Replace the Drivers Side Door pin switch.... And if your door chime works and the dome light comes back you owe me two $0.99 Bean burritos from del Taco... LMAO
