no start no crank no "click"
So my 99 auto 2wd 3.0 was running fine one day and this morning it would not start, no clicking or any type of noise from the engine bay or dash. The door chime works, radio comes on with key turned to accessory. the dome light also works with the key out. cigarette lighter and the powerpoint both work as well.
The headlights and tail lights/brake lights do not work at all. I've checked the battery and cleaned the terminals. power to the starter is good, all the ground connections are tight and clean. Theft light blinks as it should.
when I go to start the truck with the key in run the voltmeter barely moves even while being jumped and when I go to crank it nothing happens and all power shuts off. the power distribution box doesn't seem to be getting enough power, but would that allow certain accessories to work and others like the head/tail lights not to? Can't think of what I need to do next and I'm hoping it's not the GEM but where would anyone recommend looking next? I've been searching for similar issues and have found some that seem similar but those solutions have not worked for my case. I appreciate any help I can get thanks

What's the battery voltage? Did you try and jump it? Did you pull the cables off the battery? If you have aftermarket battery terminal clamps check their connection.

Are the battery post connectors aftermarket? If so did you remove them from the cables, clean them and reinstall. Did you clean the groundstraps. There's one on the wiper motor that runs to the block.? Since the headlights don't work but you have voltage it should be a cable or a ground.
Take a jumper cable and run it from neg battery post to the engine. Try to start the truck.

Re: no start no crank no "click"
Ok so I got finished work and tried the jumper cable to the block and that didn't do anything I was getting low voltage at the power distribution box so I ran the jumper cables to that and got the truck started. Any ideas?

Can you post a picture of the jumper connected to the power distribution box? I have no idea what you're connecting to at the PDB?

Re: no start no crank no "click"
Did you run the jumper from the battery + post to the metal bracket on the PDB?
Do you have to 2 positive wires that run from the battery + post. Are both wires secured properly? Try removing and cleaning the connection at the PDB. I WOULD DISCONNECT THE NEG BATTERY TERMINAL BEFORE DOING THE ABOVE SUGGESTIONS.
