Smile Odd ECM issues resolved

If you have odd electrical issues that seem to indicate a bad ECM computer try running a direct ground from engine fuel rail bolt to the black and metal ground that runs from ECM to the truck body. The computer must detect ground once fuel rail is full of fuel. If it doesn't the fuel pump will run continuously yet not fuel rail injector pulse will happen. Especially if your truck has rust. Also check the ground wire for the coil. Mine was very rusty. It still had continuity but high resistance. After I did this my 86 Ranger 2.3 runs fine now.
