No Power to fuel pumps
Hi Everyone.
I have a 1988 ford ranger with a 2.3 L engine that started to lose power and die out randomly and would have a hard time starting back up. At first I thought the inline fuel was going bad because it would not prime sometimes when the key was turned to the on position. This weekend I pulled the pump and tested it and it powered on every time, I traced the power wire up to the engine bay a pink/black wire to the harness that goes into the cab. I disconnected the the plug in the engine bay and test for power coming from the cab when the key is turned on and there's no power, the wire on the harness that goes into the firewall is also pink/black I can't find the wire under the dashboard. does anyone have an idea where this pink/black wire leads too?
thanks in advanced.
