You might want to try to isolate the short. It sounds like a short in one of the things that are on the fuse. If you can find the splitting point, disconnect one at a time, replacing the fuse every time.
Might want to pull everything on the fuse first, then replace the fuses and see if the fuse blows. If it does, the problem isen't in the equipment but may be in the wiring going to the splitting of the equipment.
If it dosen't blow, Momenteraly re connect each one at a time and see which one blows. Leave that one off, replace the fuse. See what dosen't work and the problem is in that one thing.
Trace the wiring and see if there aby frays, shorting to ground and such. Might want to purchase a VOM meter in case you need to check conunity and such.
Thats about it. It's not easy, and can be thrustrating.
