Default I coud use a fuse bock explanation.

I'm hoping someone cnt help me with a fuse bloc explanation for my 2000 ranger. Dash lights aren't working, none of them and figured before I changed the dimmer switch would check to see if one is missing somewhere. All installed test fine. Little help?

Using a DMM, verify the presence of voltage on both sides of the dimmer when the park or park + headlights are on.
