Default 2001 2.5 4 cylinder 5 speed. Electrical stupidity

I have a serious electrical issue that I cannot nail down. I'm about to light the truck on fire. No crank no start most of the time. Sometimes the lights are bright and strong, more often they are dim and weak. The no crank no start was intermittent at first now it won't start at all. Fuse 26 shows a battery draw, this fuse controls about 6 things, correct? I need help and soon! This a repost. I have yet to locate the problem.

By any chance is your PATS light flashing when you try and start it?

Is this what you're experiencing?

Ball of wire

I have a basic model. The problem began about a month after an accident. I don't even think I have PATS light. I experienced rough running/engine missing and the ABS light flickering. I made it home and it wouldn't start again. I found some broken wire on the cam sensr plug, fixed it and it went away for about a month. The exact same thing happened again but the wires I repaired were still repaired and I have no idea what to do. Also, the door chime stopped working relatively soon after the accident. It's only come on once or twice since then.

You can check the electrical part of the ignition switch and see if that fixes it or make sure all of your grounds are good.

Replaced the ignition switch in a parking lot. It was my first suspicion. Was not the problem.

I also suspected the lock cylinder but I can't think how that would affect drivability.

Yeah something doesn't sound right. Front end collision?

It definitely doesn't sound right. Yeah, front end, drivers side. Battery box pushed in but not really any other visible damage.

Oops wrong thread

----------

Try looking at the engine harness that runs through the header panel across the front of the radiator
