4x4 Electrical Problem

I have a electrical issue. After running my battery down by leaving the lights on. I got a jump and there was no arcing seemed legit like I have hooked up jumpers many times before. after the fact my 4 wheel system doesn't have power to it. when you turn the key on the 4 high 4 low lights would illuminate for a couple seconds. That does not happen now. I have checked the fuses listed in the owners manual. I pulled my dash and checked the switch. I just don't seem to have any power to the unit. No clicking of the transfer case no lights in dash. I hope it is something stupid like a fuse. I don't see how I fried the thing by jumping it. Any ideas . I can't be the only person to have experienced this.

Can you tell me please where the control module might be located. Not really sure what I am looking for. I have been told it's behind the glove box in the kick panel. I think it might be for the most part behind the switch. Hard to tell it has an aftermarket . And if I determine there is no power to that would I be looking for a blown fuse.

Oops. Like I said I took the 4x4 control module out and tested it. Seems to have continuity. I have not had a chance to check with the meter the wiring coming in. Due to all this rain. Not supposed to stop till Wednesday. Am I just gonna be looking to make sure there is 12 volts? there are two wiring connectors. I will refer to as top and bottom. What side am I looking for the power to be coming in. there is a red wire with yellow sripe on one and the other has a black/red stripe. Like I said Been pouring and I have not had a chance. Thanks for any help.
