Okay so my right turn signal got smashed bulb and all and so my inner head lamps started to flash when i was indicating a turn. So i replaced it all up to the wires and now both turn signal lights will light up but neither flash when i signal but my headlights still do. It's a 2004 Ford Ranger Tremor.

There's two bulbs for each headlight the inner ones work as my turn signals right now instead of my turn signals

Only one lamp is for your headlights (dual filament).

The "inner" lamps ARE your turn signals.

Random internet picture:

His finger is directly over the "one & only" headlight lamp.
The smaller reflector on the left side of this picture (AKA - the one nearest the grille) is the turn signal - notice the orange tint to the lamp.
The corner piece with the "orange rectangular reflector" on the far right is simply a parking light.

Regardless of the color...unless something was completely rewired on your truck - those inboard lamps ARE the stock blinkers (even if they are pink, purple and/or green).

You would also only have one headlight bulb per side.
