Question Installing Pacer 5 function LED tailgate light. 12V?

I am installing the Pacer Outback 5 function 49" tailgate light and I'm trying to figure out where I can pull the constant 12V. I would rather not have to run a wire all the way to the front, so I was wondering where, under the bed, can I get a constant voltage. I would prefer constant so that the brake and tail lights would work without ignition (like the factory lights).

I've got the lights plugged into the 4 pin connector, but it also requires a constant 12 volt to run the LEDs which isn't on that connector. Without a 12V source the LEDs don't work.

You have to run a wire all the way up to the battery

That's what I was afraid of and trying to avoid.
