Default Fuse blows for instrument and running lights

Hi everyone! I've been having a problem at random with the fuse blowing that runs the instrument, brake, and running lights. Head and turn signals still work. Have tried 2 different headlight switches but both are old, so I haven't ruled that out yet. I haven't added any thing to the circuit. It is totally random. Tried to put a larger fuse in but it blows that too. What to do?
