What would cause my dash lights not to work and my rear tail lights I have blinkers and break lights I checked all fuses I'm now lost on what to check any help would be great

Ok I found a fuse that was blown under the hood I changed it and as soon as I turned on my lights it blew again what could be causing it ? I no its a short but were should I start
