This happened to me; I took it in under warranty and let Ford fix it. It's the throttle cable moving (sliding) at the gas pedal because your foot is not on the gas pedal putting the cable in tension. Dealer tried attaching some lead weight to the cable which didn't work; they then called the factory and were told to install a new throttle cable. That was the end of it, all in one visit.
